4. Packing/Unloading
(1) Packing operation
1) Select a crane (with a self weight of 2.575 tons) to lift and land the container at the lifting point, and
then open the container door. Place a square wood at the door of the box, ranging from 1 meter to 1.5
meters long.
2) Start the machine, drive the boom head over the container port into the container, center the
machine in the front, rear, and left and right positions, and shut down the machine.
3) Extract the diesel and hydraulic oil from the machine, almost completely remove the diesel, and stop
when the hydraulic oil reaches the remaining height of about 10cm.
4) Secure the front and rear of the machine with steel wire ropes to the bottom of the container; The
boom head is also fixed with steel wire rope (see the fixed label for long-distance transportation machines);
The fly jib is fixed to the top of the container with iron wire.
5) After checking the machine and ensuring that it is securely secured, close the container door and
lock it.
6) Lift the container onto the transport vehicle.
(2) Unloading operation
1) Select a crane (with a self weight of 2.575 tons) to lift and land the container from the transport
vehicle to the destination, and then open the container door. Place a square wood at the door of the box,
ranging from 1 meter to 1.5 meters long.
2) Open the container door and unlock it
3) Add diesel and hydraulic oil to the machine, and fill it to 80% of the oil gauge scale.
4) Remove the fixation of the machine and inspect the outer packaging and machine for obvious
damage.
5) Start the machine and drive it out of the container.
6) Lift the empty container onto the transport vehicle again with a crane, and the unloading operation
is completed.
