Safety precautions when starting the engine
Before starting the engine, make sure that there are no people or
objects within the working radius of the boom.
Sound the horn to warn before starting the engine.
Do not start the engine by shorting the starter circuit, this may
cause a fire.
Parking Notes
Park the machine on a level surface.
Use wooden blocks as pawls to hold the machine in place when
you must stop on a slope.
When parking on the street, place flags, guardrails, lights, etc.,
and warning signs, without disturbing traffic, so that other moving
machines can clearly notice.
Stop the engine before leaving the machine.
Be sure to carry the starter key with you and store it in a secure
location.
Prohibition of cooperative lifting
Co-hoisting is strictly prohibited. Use two or more cranes to hoist a single load. Cooperative hoisting
is very dangerous. It may cause the machine to fall due to uneven center of gravity, accidental fall of the
lifting load or damage to the jib. If it is necessary to cooperate in hoisting due to unavoidable reasons, the
work plan that the user is responsible for should be discussed and formulated, so that the workers fully
understand the working methods and procedures, and can only proceed under the direct leadership of the
work supervisor. In addition, please observe the following precautions:
1. Use the same type of crane.
2. Choose a machine model that can handle a load larger than the lifting load.
3. Make sure that only one person sends out the signal.
4. The crane operation is limited to a single operation in principle, do not try any swing operation.
5. Appoint an operator who is the most experienced person in charge.
