Description of the remote control handle and buttons
(S3) Hook stow/release button
When the hook touches the heavy hammer of the over-roll switch, if you want to continue raising the
hook or retract the boom, use this button when the hook needs to leave the nylon block of the boom. The
function is the same as the retract/release switch of the console.
Retracting hook: Press the button and push the handle L6 forward with the other hand at the same
time, the hook continues to rise, when the hook reaches the nylon block of the boom, release the button
and handle, the action stops, and the hooking is completed.
Hook release: Press the button and pull the handle L6 back with the other hand at the same time,
and the hook will drop downwards. When the hook is released from the heavy hammer of the over wind
switch, release the button and handle, the action stops, and the hook release is completed.A
(S10) Follow-up release button
When using the remote control to work, the engine speed will vary with the operating handle
movement range: the larger the handle, the higher the engine speed, and the smaller the amplitude, the
lower the engine speed. When the follow-up release button is pressed, the engine speed is no longer
controlled by the remote control handle, but controlled by the potentiometer (knob 28). The potentiometer
knob rotates clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to decrease the speed small.
(S6) Working mode selection switch
Outrigger mode: dial the switch upwards, release the hand, the switch remains in this position, and
the machine enters the outrigger mode.
Walking mode: Turn the switch to the middle position, release the hand, keep the switch in this
position, and the machine enters the walking mode.
Boom mode: dial the switch down, release the hand, keep the switch in this position, and the
machine enters the boom mode.
The three modes are interlocked. When one mode works, the other two modes do not work.
(S9) Potentiometer
Clockwise: When the pointer rotates clockwise, the engine speed increases.
Counterclockwise: When the pointer rotates counterclockwise, the engine speed decreases.
(S12) Emergency stop switch
On: Press the emergency stop switch to stop the engine or motor.
Off: Turn the switch clockwise (in the direction indicated by the arrow), and the switch will move
up to its original position.
Note: When restarting the engine or motor, be sure to turn off the emergency stop switch before
starting.
