5.1. Fastener Torque Guidelines
Check all nuts, bolts, and screws regularly for tightness.
Replace nut/bolt pairs with the same grade or higher than
that of the original nut/bolt. The nut must be the same
grade or higher than the bolt it is paired with. Nuts, bolts,
and screws of a higher grade should be tightened with the
same torque as the original being replaced. Make sure the
threads of the fastener are clean and that they engage
properly to prevent damage to the fastener when tighten-
ing.
