TEMP: Documents the actual temperature. Depending on the reason for the
cancellation this may be different from the temperature necessary for liquid
chemical sterilization.
CONCENTRATION: Failure to use a new container of sterilant may result in a low
concentration reading causing the cycle to cancel. Concentration measures the
actual equivalent units of conductivity of the use dilution, not the concentration
of peracetic acid.
EXPOSURE TIME: Documents the actual exposure time of the load to the use
dilution. Depending on the reason for the cancellation, this may be less than the
6 minute exposure time necessary for liquid chemical sterilization.
FILL TIME: Number of minutes taken by the longest fill cycle. This time will
gradually increase with filter use. At 4.5 minutes, a notice will appear on the
printouts for completed cycles as a reminder to have a replacement MaxLife
water filter on hand. At 5 minutes, the cycle will cancel.
INLET TEMP: Temperature of the water just before the heater is turned on after
the chamber is initially filled. Or, if the cycle is cancelled first, it is the temperature
of the water dumped to drain before filling starts.
ESTIMATED DAYS LEFT FOR MAXLIFE FILTER: Number of days until the
MaxLife water filter will expire. This message will not appear until there are 15
or fewer days left.
OPERATOR ID: Space for the operator’s name or initials.
SERIAL #: Serial number of the Processor.
CYCLE COUNT: Current cycle count. This count does not include DIAGNOSTIC
cycles.
CYCLE CANCELLED: Time the cycle is cancelled.
CHAMBER OPENED: Time the chamber seal is deflated.
