: When installing, check that the
torsion spring (1) is correctly
seated.
Assemble all other parts in the
reverse sequence.

Remove the engine - b 5.2.1
Leave the gearbox on the engine.
Disconnect throttle cable from
the throttle trigger - b 7.1
: Remove the throttle cable from
the retainers and guides (arrows)
in the left-hand handle housing.
Install in the reverse sequence.
: When installing, check that the
throttle cable is properly seated in

the retainers and guides (arrows)
in the left-hand handle housing.
Assemble all other parts in the
reverse sequence.
Remove the right-hand handle
housing - b 5.1
: Disconnect the short circuit
wire (1) and ground wire (2) from
the ignition module.

: Take the stop switch (1) out of the
left-hand handle housing.
: Disconnect the short circuit and
ground wires (2) from the stop
switch.
: Take the short circuit and ground

wires out of the retainers and
guides (arrows) in the left-hand
handle housing.
Install in the reverse sequence.
: When installing, check that the
throttle cable is properly seated in
the retainers and guides (arrows)
in the left-hand handle housing.
