10.1 Working area for operator
For safety reasons, the operator must
stay within the working area (grey
area A) for the entire operating period
(when the engine is running).
The tiller must only be operated by one
person. Other persons must keep out of
the danger area.
10.2 Working position of the machine
The tiller must only be operated when it
is standing on the ground (engine at the
top). The tiller must be kept as
horizontal as possible during the entire
operating period. Avoid excessive tilting
or tipping.
10.3 Ideal body position when working
The ideal body position helps to reduce
fatigue during working.
For this purpose, the machine settings
(handlebar height adjustment, brake spur
adjustment) should be selected so that a
straight posture (back) can be maintained
during the entire operating period.
Ideal body position:
Straight back
Straight legs
Lower arms bent slightly downwards
