This checklist covers the optional scale system. Consult your stretcher maintenance manual for a more de-
tailed preventative maintenance checklist.
CHECKLIST
All fasteners secure
All welds intact, not cracked or damaged
No cables worn or pinched
All electrical connections tight
All grounds secure to the frame
Batteries sufficiently charged
Display housing intact and not damaged
Display label intact and not damaged
Load cells intact and not damaged
Scale calibrated properly. Recalibrate, if necessary

NOTE
Preventative maintenance should be performed at a minimum of annually. A preventative maintenance pro-
gram should be established for all Stryker Medical equipment. Preventative maintenance may need to be
performed more frequently based on the usage level of the product.
