or a subsequent compatible version of Solaris software.
Use the following flow chart to assist with setting up your operating system.

Setting Up Your Operating System
1. Power on the workstation.
See “Powering On the Workstation” on page 8.
2. Verify the version of software installed. Alternatively, you can install a newer
version of the Solaris Operating System software.
Power on the workstation.
Choose the Solaris version. Accept the li-
cense. Answer Solaris software prompts using
information specific to your site that your sys-
tem administrator provides. If necessary, refer
to “TABLE 2-1, Information for Setting Up the
Solaris Desktop Operating System”.
