enable Activates the log archiving feature. Cannot be used with any
options.
disable De-activates the log archiving feature. Cannot be used with any
options.
XSCF> setarchiving -t jsmith@somehost.company.com:/home/jsmith/
logs -r

XSCF> setarchiving -k download
