PROBLEM
POSSIBLE DIAGNOSIS

Poor/No
steam
Water tank empty
Refill water tank
Water tank not sitting properly
Push in the water tank ensuring gauge
is aligned to the front panel.
Steam nozzle
partially/fullyblocked.
Use pin to unblock steam nozzle.
Remove and clean the steam nozzle.
Blocked hose/brass
piping/thermoblock
Unblock or replace blocked part.
Internal leaking (hose, piping,
pump)
(see separate guide on leaking problem)
Steam micro switch damaged
or disconnected from PCB
Replace micro switch or reconnect to
PCB
Damaged steam pump.
Replace steam pump
PCB unable to energize
steam pump
Replace faulty PCB
Wet steam
Steam pump pumping too
much water into thermoblock.
Replace steam pump with slower pump
rate
Steam thermoblock unable to
heat up to specified
temperature
Replace steam thermoblock
