CHASSIS
REMOVAL
AND
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the fairing. (Refer
to
page
7·1.)
• Remove the
front
wheel. (Refer
to
page
7·3.)
• Remove the
front
fork. (Refer
to
page
7·13.)
• Remove the meter assembly by loosening three bolts.
09900·00401: L·type hexagon wrench
set
• Disconnect the
lead
wires
of
the meter assembly and the
headlight assembly.
• Remove the headlight assembly.
• Using a center punch
and
hammer, remove the
bolt
to
detach the ignition switch
from
the steering stem upper
bracket.
• Remove the
front
brake
hose
connector
by
loosening
two
bolt.
