PRESSURE CHECK INSTRUCTIONS
When performing a pressure check on a SwapLoader hook-lift hoist, refer to the pressure gauge
mounted to the valve.
1. Start the truck and engage the P.T.O.
2. Push the lift (dump) circuit lever forward until the lift
(dump) cylinders bottom out (see illustration below).
Continue to push the lever forward until steps 5-6
are complete.
3. Check the gauge for the maximum developed
system pressure. The SL-520X should have a
reading of 4,650 PSI.
4. With the pressure check complete; release all
functions and disengage the P.T.O.
