10. AC Generator / Starting Clutch
Flywheel Installation
Insert the pin onto crankshaft.
Align the key on crankshaft with the flywheel
groove, and then install the flywheel.
Hold the flywheel with flywheel holder, and
tighten its nut.
Torque value: 8.5~10.5 kg-m

A.C.G. Set Installation
Install the A.C.G. set onto right crankcase cover
(3 bolts).
Install pulse generator (2 screws).
Tie the wire harness securely onto the indent of
crankcase.
Caution
Right Crankcase Cover Installation
Install dowel pin and new gasket.
Install right crankcase cover onto the crankcase.
Note that align the water pump shaft indent with
the oil pump shaft.
Install right crankcase cover (12 bolts).
Connect water hose to the right crankcase
cover.
Install the water pump cover onto crankcase
cover. .
Make sure that the wire harness is placed
under pulse generator.
