RE-ASSEMBLY OF FINAL DRIVING
MECHANISM
Install final shaft and final shaft driven gear,
countershaft.
Install the setting pins(2 pins) and new gasket.
Apply with grease onto the oil seal lip of final
driving shaft.
Install the gear box cover and 7 bolts.
(tighten the bolts)
Torque: 0.8~1.2 kgf-m
Install the clutch/sliding driving pulley.
Install the driving pulley, belt and left
crankshaft cover.
Install the rear wheel.
Add gear oil.
Recommended usage: SAE 85W-140
(180 cc: standard capacity)
(170 cc: when replacement)
