Pulse coil inspection
Disconnect the AC. Generator 6 pin coupler.
Measure the resistance between the terminal
blue / white and terminal green / white.
Standard value：105Ω±10%
Caution
● Coil does not need to be removed from
the engine before inspection.
C.D.I.
Removal
Remove the seat.
Remove the CDI.
Inspection
Disconnect C.D.I. coupler.
Check the following wire coupler.

Pulse coil L / W – G / W 105Ω±20%
Primary winding B / Y – G 0.6Ω±15%
G – ignition coil (without cap) 4.2 KΩ±15%

G – ignition coil (with cap) 8.7 KΩ±15%
