coil.Thiscanreducetheefficiencyofthecoil.Cleaningmust becarried
out
withtheutmost caretoensure
thatthecoilfinsarenot damaged.Thepipingsystem mustbeventedonceayearasairinthesystemcan
significantlyreducethecapacityofthecoil.

Checkthatthefrostprotectionsystemisfullyoperational.Abatterymayburstduetofrostifthefrost
protectionsystemisnotoperational.
r.5.6.2Coolingbattery
Onceayearcleanthedrip traybeneaththecoolingcoil,aswellasthedrainandthewatertrap.Takecare
thatthatthereissufficientwaterinthewatertrap.Ifadropleteliminatorhas beenfitted
to
thecooling
coil,thismustbecheckedonceayearandcleanedif necessary.

Checkthatthebuiltinsafety thermostatwithanautomaticresetfunctionandtheoverheatthermostat
withmanualresettingarefullyoperational.
r.5.7PlugfansDVE
Dustcanaccumulateonthefanimpellerwhichcancauseimbalanceandvibrations.The fanimpellermust
thereforebechecked oncea yearandcleaned,if necessary.Antivibrationmountsand
flexible
connec
tions
shouldbecheckedatthesametime.Iftheantivibrationmountsaredamagedinanywaytheymustbe
replaced.

Themotor are
usually
fittedwithfactorylubricatedbearingswhichrequirenofurtherlubrication.
Largermotors canbefittedwithgreasingnipplesandbearings whichrequireregularlubrication.
Lubricatingthesetypesofbearingsmust becarried

manufactur
