Mistral (Eco)
Open the housing
● Loosen the tension closing device (Pos.12) from the cover (Pos.2) and tilt it to the left side.
● Pull out the frame and the filter-unit from the filter housing (Pos. 3) and put it aside.
● Empty the filter housing through tilting or with other aids.
● Fill in the carbon in a tight closing plastic bag and lock this.
● Supply the carbon immediately to the disposal.
Filling in the new carbon
● Put in one of the filter mats delivered with the carbon. This mat must be larger than the bottom of
the housing.
● Pour in some of the carbon, than check if the mat is in the right position (the bottom of the housing
must be covered completely).
● Now pour in the new activated carbon from the supply bag into the activated carbon housing.
Consider absolutely the quantity in the technical data (chapter 3.6).
● Place the second filter-mat on top of the carbon after you have cut it to the right size.
● Put in the filter-unit and the frame.
Shut the cover of the Mistral
● Close the cover and lock the tension closing device.
● Connect the Mistral again with the electricity mains.
● Reset the failure announcement: To cancel the failure signal, push the keys + and – at the same
time for about 3 sec till the failure message disappears (display shows coal O.K.).
Mistral (Eco, Super) Plus
Open the housing
● Loosen the tension closing device (Pos.12) from the cover (Pos.4).
● Lift the filter-unit housing and put it aside.
● Empty the carbon housing through tilting or with other aids.
● Fill in the carbon in a tight closing plastic bag and lock this.
● Supply the carbon immediately to the disposal.
Filling in the new carbon
● Put in one of the filter mats delivered with the carbon. This mat must be larger than the bottom of
the housing.
● Pour in some of the carbon, than check if the mat is in the right position (the bottom of the housing
must be covered completely.
● Now pour in the new activated carbon from the supply bag into the activated carbon housing.
