Verify CH 1 and CH 2, 50 fl OVERLOAD
protection.
a. Connect the Power Supply to the CH 1 OR X input
connector via a 50 il BNC cable and a BNC female-to-dual
banana adapter.
b. Using the CH 1 VERTICAL POSITION control,
posi-
tion the trace on the bottom horizontal graticule line.
c. Change CH 1 Input Coupling to 1 Mil DC.
d.
Turn the Power Supply on.
e. Adjust the Power Supply output level until the CH 1
trace rises to 1 division above the center graticule line
( +
5V).
