HORIZONTAL:TB
MODE LOCKI NT
locks the timebase to the internal 10 MHz
reference signal.
HORIZONTAL:TBMODE? might return HORIZONTAL:TBMODE LOCKEXT,
indicating that the timebase is locked to an external 10 MHz reference signal.
HORizontal:UNIts
This command sets or queries the horizontal units used for all timebases. The
available units are seconds, bits, meters, feet, a nd inches. This is equivalent to
selecting Seconds Bits, or Distance for Units in the All Timebases section of
the H orizontal Setup dialog box. When selecting Distance for horizontal units,
further options are meters, feet and inches.

Arguments
S sets the horizontal units for all timebases to seconds.
BITS
This argument sets the horizontal units for all timebases to bits.
FT sets the horizontal units for all timebases to feet.
IN sets the h orizontal units for all timebases to inches.
M sets the horizontal units for all timebases to meters.
Examples
HORIZONTAL:UNITS S sets the horizontal units for all timebases to seconds.
HORIZONTAL:UNITS? might return HORIZONTAL: UNITS BITS, indicating that
horizontal units for all timebases is set to bits.
ID? (Query Only)
This is a query only command that returns identifying information about the
instrument and its firmware.
