PASS - factory calibration has passed
INIT - factory calibration is unadjusted
RUNNING - factory calibration is running
Examples
CALIBRATE:RESULTS:FACTORY:AFG? might return RUNNING, indicating that
the factory calibration for the AFG portion of the instrument is in progress.
