If the Red LED flashes, f ollow these steps:
1. Check that the charger is not overheating. Ensure that the charger fan is
running and that the airflow is not blocked. If the charger continues to
overheat, replace the TPSCHG.
2. If the charger is not overheating, the TPSBAT battery pack is defective. You
should replace the battery pack and dispose of the defective battery. The
