TROUBLE WITH YOUR REMOTE CONTROL PAIRING AND CONNECTIVITY
My T-Box has stopped responding to the remote control
RestartyourT-Boxandseeifitresolvestheproblem(refertotheinstructionson
restartingyourT-Box).
Ifnot,checkiftheLEDonthefrontoftheT-Boxasheswhenabuttonontheremote
ispressed.Ifitdoesn’tash,mostlikelyit’ssomethingtodowithyourremote.
Youcantryremovingthebatteryandre-insertingit.Howeveritmaybetheremote
control’sbatteryisatandyou’llneedtoreplaceit.Pleaseensureyoureplacewith
round3VCR2032battery/batteries.(Becarefulwhengettingreplacementbatteries
– there are multiple types of round batteries available at retailers that look similar
totheCR2032battery).
IftheT-BoxLEDdoesnotash,itcouldalsobethatyourremoteisnotcorrectlypaired
to your T-Box. If you are having trouble pairing your remote go to the next question.
