Scheduled Reboot
The reboot can prevent the camera from running for a long time, which may cause its performance
to degrade and become unstable. You can set the router to reboot periodically during your leisure
time. For example, you want to set the camera to reboot automatically at 3:00:00 from Monday to
Friday.
Procedure:
Step 1 Log in to the GUI of the NVR.
Step 2 Navigate to Configuration > Channel > Auto Maintenance.
Step 3 Select the channel of the camera to be rebooted, which is D1 in this example.
Step 4
Enable the Scheduled Reboot function.
Step 5 Select the reboot dates, which are Monday to Friday in this example.
Step 6 Set the reboot time, which is 3:00:00 in this example.
Step 7 Click Save at the bottom of the page.
---End
Settings completed. The camera D1 will be rebooted automatically at 3:00:00 from Monday to
Friday.
Restore Settings
If the NVR is running slowly, or a configuration error occurs, you can try to restore the NVR.
- Restore the default settings: Except for the network configuration and user management-
related configuration, all other settings are restored to the factory settings.
- Restore factory settings: Restore all settings of the NVR to the factory settings.
