  If your Tennant Scrubber isn't dispensing enough solution, start by checking if the solution tank is empty and fill it if needed. Inspect the solution control cable for any damage or misalignment, replacing or adjusting it as necessary. Ensure the solution flow is turned on. If the supply lines are plugged, flush them out to clear any blockages. Also, check the solution supply line filter for dirt and clean it. Finally, inspect the solution solenoid for clogs or sticking, and clean or replace it if necessary.

  If your Tennant Scrubber's performance is lacking, start by removing any debris caught on the scrub brushes or pads. Ensure you're using the correct detergent, brush, or pad. Replace worn scrub brushes or pads. Reset any tripped scrub brush motor circuit breakers. Reduce scrub brush down pressure. Level the scrub head if there's uneven brush pressure. If the battery charge is low, charge the batteries until the charger automatically turns off.

Why is the FaST System (option) not working on my Tennant 5680?

  If the FaST system on your Tennant Scrubber isn't operating, first ensure the FaST switch is set for FaST system scrubbing, not conventional scrubbing. Check if the FaST circuit breaker has tripped and reset it after determining the cause. Inspect the FaST PAK supply hose and connectors for clogs, soaking them in warm water to clean if necessary. Make sure the FaST PAK carton isn't empty or disconnected, replacing or reconnecting it as needed. Clean any clogs from the flow control orifice and/or screen. Check the filter screen for clogs, draining the solution tank to remove and clean the filter screen. Lastly, ensure the FaST system is primed by operating it for 3 minutes.
