FOR SAFETY: READ OPERATOR’ S MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING MACHI NE.
W ARN IN G: Failure to follow these warnings may result in personal injury, electrocution, electrical shock, fire or explosion: Do not use flammable
liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep
sparks and open flame away . Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY: BEFORE EACH USE
1. Check the battery
charge levels and charge if
needed. (See below).
6. Make sure solution tank
is empty and screen filter is
clean.
2. Install brushes or pads
on machine. Check for
entangled debris.
7. Inspect the tank cover
seals and clean if needed.
3. Empty the debris tray.
(Cylindrical Scrub Head
Only)
8. Fill solution tank with
water to approx. 5” from top
and add approved products.
4. Clean squeegee and
turn the blade over if worn.
9. If ES equipped, fill recovery
tank to lower sensor with water
and add approved products.
5. Make sure recovery tank
is empty . If ES equipped,
clean screen filter .
FOR RECOMMENDED
APPROVED CLEANING
PRODUCTS, CONTACT YOUR
AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR
OR SERVICE CENTER.
DAILY: AFTER EACH USE
1. Drain and clean the
recovery tank and if ES
equipped, clean screen
filter.
6. Check the vacuum hose
for blockage.
2. Drain and clean the
solution tank and clean
screen filter.
7. Check the scrub head
pads/brushes for wear and
entangled debris.
3. Clean the vacuum fan
inlet filter.
8. Empty the debris tray.
(Cylindrical Scrub Head
Only)
4. Check the battery
charge levels and charge if
needed. (See below).
BATTERY CHARGING
INFORMATION:
Before charging, check
battery fluid level. The fluid
level (A) should cover the
battery plates (B) a 1/4”. Add
distilled
water if needed. DO
NOT OVERFILL.
5. Clean squeegee and
turn the blade over if worn.

When disconnecting the
battery charger always
remember to unplug the
charger from the wall outlet
first.
MONTHLY:
Refer to the Operator’s Manual for further details.
1. Lubricate all grease
fittings and steering chain
with Lubriplate EMB grease
(T ennant p/n 01433--1).
2. Check drive belt tension.
(Cylindrical Scrub Head
Only)
3. Clean the battery
terminals and cables. Use a
strong solution of baking
soda and water
4. Check brake adjustment. 5. Check tires for damage
and wear.
ATTENTION: FOR MACHINE REPAIRS, CONTACT AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.
