  If you're experiencing little or no solution flow during conventional scrubbing with your Tennant Floor Machine, try the following: * Clean the solution tank filter or flush out the solution hose if they are clogged. * Remove and clean the solution valve if it's clogged. * Adjust the solution control flow knob if it's set too low. * Calibrate the knob and retighten the screw if the screw on the control knob is loose.

  If your Tennant Floor Machine has little or no solution flow during conventional scrubbing, it could be due to: * A clogged solution tank filter or solution hose. If this is the case, clean the filter or flush out the hose. * A clogged solution valve. If this is the case, remove the valve and clean it. * The solution flow control knob being set too low. If this is the case, adjust the knob. * A loose screw on the control knob. If this is the case, calibrate the knob and retighten the screw.

  If the FaST system on your Tennant Scrubber isn't working correctly, check the following: * Ensure the FaST system switch is turned on: Turn on the FaST system switch. * Verify the FaST-PAK supply hose is connected: Connect the supply hose. * Check if the FaST Pump fuse is blown: Replace the 7.5 Amp fuse. * Inspect for clogs in the FaST-PAK supply hose or connectors: Soak in warm water to unclog. * Confirm the FaST-PAK carton isn't empty: Replace the FaST PAK carton. * Check for kinks in the FaST-PAK supply hose: Undo any hose kinks. * Ensure that the solution tank filter isn't clogged: Drain the solution tank, remove the solution tank filter, clean it, and reinstall it.
