This procedure lets the sensor signal value be acquired with null
stress applied (zero-bit). Discharge the load cell or the pressure
transducer completely: the corresponding bit appear on the display;
the value relative to a load cell sensor must be close to 0 (zero),
whereas the value relative to a pressure transducer sensor must be
close to 16000. The zero value is distinct from the operating mode.
