8.3 Calibraon
In order to maintain the specied accuracy of the measurement results, Testo
recommends calibrang the instrument once a year. Send the instrument to Testo
Service for calibraon.
8.4 Storage
- Store the instrument in dry, closed rooms.
> If the instrument is not in use for a signicant period of me: remove the
baeries in order to prevent any danger or damage due to any potenal
leaking of the baeries.
8.5 Cleaning
Before cleaning, the instrument must be switched o and disconnected from
external voltages or from other connected instruments (test specimen, control
units, etc.).
> Wipe the instrument with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild
household detergent.
Never use any harsh cleaning agents or solvents to clean the instrument! Aer
being cleaned, the instrument must not be used unl it has completely dried.
