5.3 Control key funcons
The clamp meter features a rotary switch, as well as 6 control keys, which respond
to a brief or a long keypress.
In the default seng, the instrument is in AUTO mode when voltage, current
(testo 770-1/-2/-3 (0590 7703)), RCDC (resistance, capacitance and diode with
connuity) is being measured.
Key

Long keypress function (>2 s)
Zeroing when measuring DC
current or DC power
Exit zero adjustment
Switches between the manual sub-
modes of the selected
measurement.
