Factory settings
The instrument settings can be reset to the factory settings.
Time/date, country settings and image counter are not reset.

- Menu → Configuration → Reset options.

- Select the Factory settings function.

Apply factory settings? is displayed.

- Select ✔ and press OK to reset to factory settings.

- Press Esc or select X and press OK to cancel the process.
Formatting
The image memory can be formatted.
When formatting, all data saved in the memory is lost.
Back up all saved images before formatting to prevent loss of data.
Formatting does not reset the image counter.

- Menu → Configuration → Reset options.

- Select the Format function.

Format memory? is displayed.

- Select ✔ and press OK to format the memory.
