3. Pack bearings with TK P/N 203-386 synthetic grease.
4. Install seal assembly P/N 33-1924 with seal lip facing
outward. Press pulley side seal until it bottoms on
pulley shoulder. Press the opposite seal until it is flush
with the pulley edge.
5. Install snap ring.
6. Install bearing seal and “O” in the pulley assembly.
7. Reinstall the pulley assembly back into the unit.
