4.6 How to replace the 4 inch and HR laser head
Both 4 inch laser head and HR laser head are optional item.
The 4 inch laser head is suitable for cutting materials with a thickness> 10mm.
With this look, you can achieve vertical cuts in 20 or 30mm thick materials, such as PU
foam, acrylic or wood.
The High Resolution head can focus the laser beam much finer than the standard laser
head.
This allows very delicate engraving or extremely precise cuts in films, cardboard or paper.
For cutting materials thicker than 1mm, the HR head is not suitable.
1）How to replace the 4 inch laser head
1. Move the table down till there’s enough space to take the standard head out and install
the 4” laser head.
2. Remove the standard head like below：
① Take out the air hose
② Loosen the screw
3. Install the 4” laser head like below:
① Fix the laser head
② Connect the air hose
Please always insert the 4’’ laser head as far as it will go.
