5.2.3 Cleaning Laser Combiner
① The beam combiner must be cleaned carefully by using lens cleaning paper/lens
cleaning cloth to avoid scratching the surface.
② Do not touch the surface of the beam combiner after cleaning.
③ For the beam combiner, you can clean them directly.
