Account & system info
The Account & System Information screen provides information about your TiVo Mini and
your TiVo service account. From the TiVo Central screen, select ‘Settings & Messages,’ then
‘Account & System Info.’
System Information You’ll need some of the information provided here if you contact TiVo
Customer Support. This screen contains your TiVo service number, TiVo Mini manufacturer,
software version, and information about recent connections to the TiVo service. Use the
CHANNEL UP/DOWN button to see the rest of the screen.
Media Access Key Your Media Access Key keeps your TiVo Mini secure. Do not share this key
with anyone outside your household. You may need to enter this key when you install TiVo
Desktop or use other home networking features of your TiVo Mini.
Copyright & Trademarks This screen contains copyright, trademark, and other information
related to the TiVo service.
Host Connection Information Provides the name, type, and TiVo service number of both the
TiVo Mini and the host DVR.
