Sensors
A = lifting arm sensor
B = tip sensor (bale unload)
C = load position sensor
D = (turntable) rotation sensor (turntable rotation)

• The position of the rotation sensor D affects the stop position of the turntable. This sensor also
sends a signal to the control unit that serves to count rotations and number of bales wrapped.
• The sensor B for tip-position for bale unload, prevents the table from rotating when raised.
• The lifting arm blocking sensor A
• The bale load position sensor C affects the turn table load position (90° rotation after bale
unload position).
• The clearance between sensor and steel should be 2-8 mm.
• If the sensors are defective or not correctly adjusted, an error code will appear. See Chapter 7
on page 38.
