4. PA Link Connector [PA LINK]
This RJ45 connector connects to the power
amplier output of the VX-200SP or VX-200SZ
module.
When this unit is used as the standby amplier,
connect to the VX-2000SF’s standby PA LINK
connector.
Output audio signals are transmitted to the power
amplier,andthepoweramplier’saudiomonitor
signals are returned to this PA link connector.
It is also possible to retrieve data regarding power
amplieroverheatingstatusandblownDCfuses.
Hum noise may be generated by a ground loop
ofthePAlink’saudioinputaccidentallycreatedin
the system. To cut off the ground loop, make the
ground lift setting referring to the procedure on
p.
8-41.
5. BGM Input Terminal [BGM]
Removable terminal block (5P), BGM signal input:

6. BGM Volume Control [VOL.]
Adjusts the BGM input level.
If the PEAK indicator lights red, reduce the BGM
output level at the BGM source equipment or BGM
input level with this volume control.

Connects to the VX-3000DS Emergency Power
Supply’sDCpoweroutputterminal.
