(11) Conrm the calibration torque values of the torque wrench.
(12) Move the Pole Holder assembly to the effective length of the torque wrench and
adjust the height of the Pole Holder Plate to keep the torque wrench horizontal.
Conrm the measuring stroke of the torque wrench before calibration.
