1 Set up the instrument on a single
control point using the downward
laser plummet.
2 Set up a target approximately 3m
(10ft.) above the instrument.
3 Move the target above the manhole
unit the upper laser is aligned to the
center of the target.
4 Rotate the instrument 180° without
changing lower laser line position.
If the upper laser emitting position
does not change more than 4mm, the
unit is within specification.
• If the unit is out by more than 4mm (0.014’), please contact your local dealer.
