Torquethescrewsto2.26±0.34N•m(20±3in-lbs).

powerhead.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengineandwaitforallmoving
partstostop.
2.Modelsequippedwiththe60vpowerhead,removetheharnessfrom
powerhead.
3.Modelsequippedwithelectricstartonly,removethe2(M4.2x2.0)
screwssecuringthebatterycover.Removethebatterycoverandfoampad.
Disconnectthebatterybyremovingthenegativecablerst,thenthepositive
cablefromthebattery.
4.Removethegrassbaggerassemblyifattached.
5.Using1/2inchsocketwrench,removethe(3/8–16inch)shoulderbolt
securingtheLHwheeltotheLHpivotarm.RepeatontheRHsideoftheunit.
6.RemovetheLHwheelandLHgearcover.RepeatontheRHsideoftheunit.
7.Usingasnapringpliers,removethesnapringsecuringtheLHpiniongearto
theLHtransmissionaxleshaft.RepeatontheRHsideoftheunit.
