1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengineandwaitforallmoving
partstostop.
2.Modelsequippedwiththe60vpowerhead,removetheharnessfrom
powerhead.
3.Modelsequippedwithelectricstartonly,removethe2(M4.2x2.0)
screwssecuringthebatterycover.Removethebatterycoverandfoampad.
Disconnectthebatterybyremovingthenegativecablerst,thenthepositive
cablefromthebattery.
4.Removethegrassbaggerassemblyifattached.
5.Removethebladethefromtheenginecrank.RefertotheproductOperator’s
Manualforthebladeremovalprocedures.
6.Relievethetransmissionbelttensionbyrockingthetransmissionforwardand
removingthebeltfromthebladedrive.
7.Removethebladedriverfromthecrank.
8.Removethetransmissionbeltfromthecrank.
9.RWDmodelsonly,removetheRWDtractioncable.RWDTractionCable
