oozeoutofthebearings(approximately3pumps).
5.Wipeupanyexcessgrease.

airlterserviceindicator.
Every25hours—Removeaircleaner
cover,cleanoutdebris,andcheckthe
airlterserviceindicator.
Every600hours—Replacethesafety
airlter.

Body
Important:Servicetheaircleanerlteronly
whentheserviceindicatorshowsred(Figure32).
Changingtheairlterbeforeitisnecessaryonly
increasesthechanceofdirtenteringtheengine
whenthelterisremoved.
1.Lowertheloaderarms,stoptheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Openthehood.
3.Checktheaircleanerbodyfordamagewhichcould
causeanairleak..Checkthewholeintakesystem
forleaks,damage,orloosehoseclamps.Replaceof
repairanddamagedcomponents.
4.Releasethelatchesontheaircleanerandpulltheair
cleanercoveroffoftheaircleanerbody(Figure32).
Important:Donotremovetheairlters.
