1.Obtainanewcaster-wheelassembly,conebearings,and
bearingsealsfromyourAuthorizedToroDistributor.
2.Removethelocknutfromthebolt(Figure45).

3.Graspthecasterwheelandslidetheboltoutofthe
forkorpivotarm.

bearingsandseals,packedwithgrease,intothewheel
hub,positionedasshowninFigure45.
6.Slidethespacerintothewheelhubthroughthe
bearings,captivatingthespacerinsidethewheelhub
with2bearingspacers.
Important:Ensurethattheseallipsarenot
foldedinward.
7.Installthecaster-wheelassemblybetweenthecastor
forkandsecureitinplacewiththeboltandlocknut.
8.Tightenthelocknutuntilthewheelnolongerspins
freely,thenbackitoffjustuntilthewheelspinsfreely.
9.Attachagreaseguntothegreasettingonthecaster
wheelandllitwithNo.2lithiumgrease.

Dischargeofhot,pressurizedcoolantortouchinga
hotradiatorandsurroundingpartscancausesevere
burns.
•Donotremovetheradiatorcapwhentheengine
ishot.Alwaysallowtheenginetocoolatleast15
minutesoruntiltheradiatorcapiscoolenough
totouchwithoutburningyourhandbefore
removingtheradiatorcap.
•Donottouchtheradiatorandsurroundingparts
thatarehot.

andpermanentethyleneglycolantifreeze.Thecapacityof
thecoolingsystemis7.5L(6USqt).
