Toadjusttheheight-of-cutonthesidecuttingunits,add
orremoveanequalnumberofspacersfromthecastor
forks,positionthecastorwheelaxlesinthehighorlow
height-of-cutholesinthecastorforks,andsecurethepivot
armstotheselectedheight-of-cutbracketholes.
1.Positionthecastorwheelaxlesinthesameholesinall
ofthecastorforks(
Figure21andFigure23).Referto
thefollowingcharttodeterminethecorrectholefor
thesetting.
2.Removethetensioningcapfromthespindleshaft
(Figure21)andslidethespindleoutofcastorarm.Put
thetwoshims(3mm[1/8inch])ontospindleshaftas
theywereoriginallyinstalled.Theseshimsarerequired
toachievealevelacrosstheentirewidthofthecutting
units.Slidetheappropriatenumberof13mm(1/2
inch)spacersontothespindleshafttogetthedesired
height-of-cut;thenslidethewasherontotheshaft.
