  If your Toro Lawn Mower loses traction power or won't operate in either direction, it could be due to a low hydraulic reservoir oil level, an open or damaged piston pump by-pass valve, low charge pressure, low traction circuit pressure, or damaged front wheel motor couplers. Ensure the hydraulic reservoir oil level is correct, repair or replace the piston pump by-pass valve, check and adjust the charge pressure and traction circuit pressure, and inspect the front wheel motor couplers for damage.

Why does cooling fan always rotates at slow speed on my Toro 30602?

  If the cooling fan on your Toro Lawn Mower always rotates at a slow speed, the fan control manifold cartridge valve seals may be leaking, the check valve in the fan control manifold may not be seating properly, the fan control manifold proportional relief valve (PRV) may be stuck open, or the hydraulic fan motor may be worn or damaged. Repair or replace any leaking seals, ensure the check valve seats correctly, repair or replace the stuck PRV, and inspect the hydraulic fan motor for damage.
