dataisretainedbutthetimeofdayclockdoesnot
operate.Thepowerdowndayisinitiallysetto10days.

ThedisplayshowsPOWERDOWNDAY.
2.Pressthe[Enter]key.
3.Changethepowerdowndaysetting.
4.Pressthe[Enter]key.
UsingtheConsoleComputer
Alarm
Thisisanoptionalfeature.
Theconsolealarmsoundsiftheapplicationrateis30%
ormoreawayfromthetargetapplicationratefor5
seconds.
1.Pressthe[DataMenu]keyseveraltimes.
ThedisplayshowsALARMON.Thealarmis
enabled.
2.Pressthe[CE]key.
ThedisplayshowsALARMOFF.Thealarmis
disabled.
SettingtheLowLimitFlowSet
PointandLowLimitAlarm
Thisisanoptionalfeature.
Iftheactualvolumeperminutefallsbelowthislimit,
thecontrolvalvestopsclosing,thealarmsounds,and
thedisplayashes–LL–.Determinethelowlimitvalue
withalltheboomson.Thisvalueisautomatically
proportionaltothepercentageofboomsthatareon.
Forexample,iftheenteredlowlimitis4gal/minand
halfofthetotalboomlengthisshutoff,theconsole
automaticallyreducesthelowlimitto2gal/min.
SettingUptheSystem
Beforeoperatingthespraysystem,performthis
procedure.
1.Attachthesupplyhosetotheanti-siphontubeand
llthetankhalffullofcleanwater.
Important:Inspectandcleanallsystem
componentsbeforespraying,includingthe
tank,strainer,pump,valves,andnozzles.
2.Starttheengine;refertotheOperator’sManualfor
theMulti-Pro
®
5600or5700-DTurfSprayer.
3.Movethethrottlelevertothemaximumsettingto
simulatethedesiredsprayingspeed.
4.TurntheBoomOn/OffswitchestotheOff
position.
5.TurntheMan/RateswitchtoMan.
6.TurnthePowerOn/OffswitchtotheOnposition.
7.TurntheSprayPumpControlswitchtotheOn
position.
8.Ensurethatyouhaveenteredthepropervaluesfor
thecorrectboomwidthandcalibrationsforSpeed
Cal,MeterCal,ValveCal,Rate1,andRate2.
9.Usetheself-testfeatureasdescribedintheOperator’s
ManualfortheMulti-Pro5600or5700-DTurf
Sprayerfortestingthespraysystemwhilethe
vehicleisnotmoving.
Note:Youmustenteravalueforthespeedin
orderforthepumptorunwiththecontrollerinany
mode(Rate1,Rate2,orManual).
10.TurntheBoomswitchestotheOnposition.
Note:Iftheswitchlightsdon’tlight,thefoot
switchisoff.TurnthefootswitchtotheOn
position.
11.UsethePressureAdjustswitchtoincreasethe
pressureto20psi,thendecreaseitbackto0psi.
12.TurntheMan/RateswitchtoRate1.
