8 hours • Clean the suction strainer

50 hours • Lubricate the pump.
100 hours
• Grease the spray system
• Inspect the pump diaphragm and replace it if necessary.
• Inspect the pressure dampener bladder and replace it if necessary.
• Inspect the pump check valves and replace them if necessary.
• Inspect the O-rings in the vale assemblies and replace them if necessary.
200 hours
• Check all hoses for wear/cracking.
• Inspect all hose connections for proper attachment.
