Wheel Motor Replacement (Cont.)
Installation
NOTE: Assistance is needed to perform the following procedure.
1. Place the mount plate onto the wheel motor, secure with 4 bolts. Torque to 75 ± 8 ft-lbs. (101 ± 10 Nm).
2. Position the wheel motor on the floor jack.
3. Lift the wheel motor into proper position.
4. Loosely install the upper two motor plate mount bolts.
5. Remove the floor jack, from under the wheel motor.
6. Loosely install the lower two motor plate mount bolts.
7. Install the discharge plate mount bolt.
8. Torque all four motor plate mount bolts to 75 ± 8 ft-lbs. (101 ± 10 Nm).
9. Install the three hydraulic lines to the torque motor.
10. Install the cap screw and lock nut on the upper portion of the park brake linkage.
11. Place rear wheel back onto the machine and torque to 95 ft-lbs. (128 Nm).

Heavy Object, To Avoid Muscle Strain Or Back Injury,
Use Lifting Aids And Proper Lifting Techniques When
Removing Or Replacing heavy objects.
