Belt Replacement
Removal
NOTE: All three belts on the 96 in. belts are different.
1. Park the machine on a level surface, disengage the PTO and set the parking brake. Stop the engine, wait for all
moving parts to stop and remove the key.
2. Lower the deck into the full-down position.
NOTE: Steps 3-9 are 96 in. only.
3. Remove the two lock nuts and two carriage bolts securing the inner belt guard (Figure 18).
4. Remove the two lynch pins securing the outer belt guard to the deck.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to remove opposite side belt guards.
6. Remove the center floor pan.
NOTE: Both left and right belts will need to be removed before center belt.
