2. Pivot the chute back and toward the deck so
chute is ush with the mower deck.

Note: Ensure that the retaining hook on the
chute is out of the way so the chute opening
mounts ush to the deck.
3. Secure the chute to the deck by hooking the
exible latch on the chute to the retaining clasp
welded on the mower deck to the rear of the
opening.
4. Fasten the retaining hook around the pivot rod
to secure the chute into position.

1. Angle the metal tab at the front of the chute into
the slot in the bracket welded to the mower deck.
